For Michelle Williams, when it comes to cheating, there’s no blurring the line between love and hate–only shade. The singer speaks on Tiger and why cheating isn’t par for the course:
Dear Honey,
I’m very passionate about this topic [of cheating]. I have a low tolerance for people who aren’t loyal in any capacity.
Have I been cheated on? Yes. What's done in the dark always comes to the light. You will be exposed one day.
Have I been cheated on? YES. That said, it gives credence to why I feel the way I do. Instead of answering out of anger, I will use wisdom and discretion to approach the subject, that seems to really have no answer.
There are a myriad of reasons why someone cheats:
1. Boredom with your significant other
2. Wanting to feel desired
3. Wanting to make sure “you still got it”
4. Revenge
5. The pleasure you get from it [cheating] being a secret
6. Not wanting to be in a committed relationship in the first place
7. Not healing from a past relationship
There is actually no good excuse for cheating. I think when a person makes that choice, they know they’re making a bad choice but will deal with the consequences later. Ladies and gentleman, take it from Mr.Woods, what’s done in the dark always comes to the light. You will be exposed one day.
Let’s make better choices that ensure a healthy, prosperous future for ourselves and the ones we love!
God Bless,
Michelle Williams
